Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise approved by GSC Power-Division.
Returned merchandise must:

Be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Include all supplied hardware, documentation, and packaging materials.

Be free from installation marks, oil exposure, machining, modification, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:

Installed or used products

Special order or custom-manufactured components

Opened engine internals or valvetrain components

Clearance, discontinued, or final sale items

Electrical or electronic components (if applicable)
Return Authorization
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be required prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a verified GSC error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after inspection and verification of returned goods.
Shipping charges, expedited freight, duties, taxes, and installation labor are non-refundable.
Restocking fees may apply.
